Cavalier Consulting was launched as a boutique consulting practice that specializes in industrial business transformation, turnarounds and helping your team achieve operational excellence. We work with clients to drive profit improvement through strategy development, teamwork, vision, and a detailed action plan. Our team has 30 years of hands-on experience and we listen to your needs, and work with your team to meet those needs.

We are ready and able to create a best practices lean environment and will train your team to be solution driven. We start by listening and we finish by delivering. Your results will be measurable, repeatable, and sustainable.

Cavalier's work product is a tool custom designed to meet the needs of our unique clients. Sometimes it is not financially feasible for a distressed company to retain the services of implementation experts. In these cases we will design a roadmap including project worksheets and provide a monthly on site visit in support of objectives. This can be very efficient as a training tool and critical as a method of implementing cost reduction and productivity improvement at a very manageable cost.

Additionally, we have been retained by Private Equity Groups to help their partners achieve their financial objectives. Industry experience includes: automotive OE, automotive after-market, machining, PTFE processing, sealing solutions, food, furniture components, commercial casework, commercial railing, utility components and consumer products.
